Paddock to Plate – The 36º South Experience

Our 36º South beef is a proudly produced in Southern Australian, and we love any opportunity to showcase the beautiful provenance story that sits behind our award-winning beef. 

Last week, with our trusted partners, we took a group of South Australia’s finest chefs and foodservice professionals, to experience the full 36º South journey – from paddock to plate.

The event was designed to give local chefs an insight into the passion and hard work the goes into creating and ensuring the consistent quality of our premium 36° South beef products.  

The day included a visit to our Naracoorte facility that proudly produces 36º South, a trip to Zema Estate – a local winery and cattle producer, plus a delicious three course ‘Steak Journey’ at Hollick Estate.

Our 36º South beef is hand-selected from Southern Australian cattle, and crafted with care all along the supply chain. Our beef pairs perfectly with Coonawarra red wines, as well as other quality, local South Australian ingredients. And just last week our 36º South beef was awarded GOLD in the Sirloin category at the 2022 World Steak Challenge!
